When you click on it, you'll get a window that asks you to introduce yourself with a personal message. In addition to writing a simple introductory message, you can also ask any questions like:
- “I’m available for a shorter project, will you still consider me?”
- “My skills aren’t an exact fit, can you still use someone with my expertise?”
- “I’m traveling with a partner who has skills in _____. Would you have a need for them too?”
After submitting, the organization will be notified and will respond to you directly. You can request interest in multiple organization at a time
