Social Impact Project for Business Strategy Experteer to Help Build a Social Enterprise

Project Description and Impact

We are a non-profit working in Kenya to end violence against women and girls in public transport industry by influencing behavioural change and promote tolerance and acceptance by strengthening capacities at grass-roots level in communities.

We want to build a for-profit arm, a social enterprise. The day to day work of the Experteer will involve putting in place structures and processes needed to have a successful social enterprise. The Experteer will also develop business and revenue models for our services. Ultimately, the goal of the project is to create an income generating model.
