Social Impact Project for Fundraising Experteer to Support non-profit in Kenya

Project Description and Impact

As the staff of Flone Initiative, we normally joke that "we run on blood, food, and passion." We could use a little more money to improve and scale our award-winning interventions.

Flone’s current funding consists of donor funding, membership fees, and project-based grants from a handful of donors. This places the organization at risk due to limited financial stability. We have to rethink our fundraising strategy and use better grant management and donor relations tools.
