Social Impact Project for Process Improvement and Care for Rural Dental Operations
Project Description and Impact
Our foundation facilitates cross-cultural service learning, volunteer vacations, community initiatives, and scholarships in highland Ecuador and Mali's Dogon Country.
We are looking for an Experteer with dental administration and processes experience to help us better organize our system for dental outreach work in rural communities in Ecuador. We want someone detail-oriented who can improve our inventory system, organization of supplies, and process during clinics, as well as providing follow-up dental care for patients who need additional procedures, such as root canals.
Learning Opportunity
The Experteer will learn about an excellent system for primary care outreach to rural communities using volunteers, as well as about the local healthcare system, Ecuadorian dental practices, and a rich indigenous culture.
