Project Description and Impact

Our organization, Snowball Effect, helps aspiring impact entrepreneurs replicate successful social enterprises to avoid starting from scratch or reinventing the wheel. In other words, they have the opportunity to replicate social enterprises that already work elsewhere and collaborate with the ventures’ initial founders. Because impactful solutions already exist and we foster their replication elsewhere to solve our challenges at scale!

Concretely speaking, we do so by educating and upskilling the aspiring social entrepreneurs in the social replication field, before matching them with the initial founders for the knowledge transfer to operate. They go through 2 of our programs, where we develop their entrepreneurial & collaborative skills.

Since it’s a new market we are addressing (the “replication” field is non-existent to nascent), we need to raise awareness and have an easy and clear call to action for these people. That is why we need to create a job board for them to easily understand what business they could replicate and what that would mean for them (money, impact, guidance, etc.) Today, the approach is confusing and not as tangible.

The benefits of creating such a job board is that we will be able to drastically increase the reach of our operations by posting such job offers on other recruitment platforms. This will foster more replication of impact businesses across borders and impact at scale!
