Social Impact Project for Digital Marketing Expert for Social Media Maximization
Project Description and Impact
NEF is a relatively small organization. While it has looked at its strategic communications and marketing efforts it still has gaps and areas to improve. With external support NEF believes that an effective communications strategy maximizing innovative social media avenues will lead to improved performance. This improved performance will come from increased stake holder awareness of NEF programming, which will lead to an increased awareness of NEF across its service area. This in turn will lead to a better known resource provider by key stakeholders and will also increase awareness across NEFs target client population. By increasing awareness, more clients will seek NEF for their technical assistance and capital financing needs. Thus, NEF impacts should increase due to better client awareness as well as reaching deeper into underserved communities where a majority of NEF clients are found. This in turn will lead to better business acumen skills and better opportunities for the same diverse client base.
